City tour of San José, Costa Rica's capital; this half day tour introduces you to our country and part of its history. We will visit sites of interest such as, the National Theater (inaugurated in 1897) and the National Museum (also known as the Bellavista Fort). We will also visit some residential areas, the campus of the University of Costa Rica; at the end of the tour we will visit Moravia (a small community located in the northeast area of San José) where you can find a wide variety of souvenir stores that sell handcrafts made of wood, leather, or other materials.
